Talent Vision ("we", "us") connects hiring managers with contract workers. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account details (name, email, phone), profile content (bio, skills, hourly rate, location, profile photo, resume), projects and companies you create, messages you send, and availability you set.
To operate the marketplace: matching workers with projects, enabling chat and notifications, and processing manager subscriptions.
Profile information is visible to other Talent Vision users as needed to facilitate hiring. We do not sell your personal data.
You can edit your profile, toggle notifications, report or block abusive users, and delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings.
Deleting your account removes your authentication credentials, personal profile data, uploaded profile and resume files, messages and shared message images, saved searches, availability, notifications, and projects or companies you solely own. A non-identifying disabled record may remain only where needed to preserve the integrity of records shared with other users. Anonymized safety records may be retained to prevent repeated abuse.
Talent Vision filters prohibited text, lets users report profiles or chat content, and lets users block abusive accounts. Reports are reviewed by authorized administrators, who may remove content or disable accounts that violate these terms.
